Is this legal or tax advice?
No. It's plain-English guidance, and we're careful about the line. Where a real determination is needed — a tax election, a dispute, a licensed call — we say so and point you to the right kind of professional instead of guessing.
I already have an idea. Is this still for me?
Yes — arguably more. The quiz pressure-tests your idea on the same criteria we score everything on: startup cost, income realism, schedule fit, and what usually goes wrong.
What does the free result actually include?
Your single best-fit match, in full: the score, the reasons behind it in your own words, startup cost, difficulty, and a realistic income range. Not a teaser card — the real thing, for one match.
Why is the report $29 instead of free?
Because it's the product, not the bait — five matches at full depth, a side-by-side comparison, and your 90-day roadmap. If we build a subscription product next, your $29 will be credited toward it in full — see Pricing.
Which states do you cover?
You can pick any of the 50 states or DC in the quiz, and your matches and roadmap are written with your state in mind. But we don't yet have a verified, state-by-state registry of exact filing fees, forms and deadlines — that's real work we're building next. Until it exists, we won't state a specific state fee or deadline as fact; we'll tell you plainly to check the official source instead of guessing. More on this on How we keep this honest.
Do you file my LLC for me?
No — and you don't need a filing service to do it either. We stay generic on the exact filing mechanics until our state-by-state registry is verified, but the principle already holds: any filing fee goes straight to your state, never marked up or charged through us.
Is the AI going to make things up?
It's hard-guarded against it. Every dollar figure it writes has to trace back to real catalog data or your own answers — a strict check runs on every AI response before you see it, and a response that invents a number never reaches you. On anything state-specific — fees, forms, deadlines — it's required to stay generic and point you to the official source, because we don't have that registry verified yet. If we ever get something wrong anyway, it goes on our public corrections log.
How much time does this take?
The quiz takes about three minutes. Working through your report and roadmap afterward is entirely at your own pace.
What if I pick a business and change my mind?
Nothing locks you in. You can retake the quiz any time, free — the $29 you paid is for the report you already have, not a subscription tracking your choice.
Is there anything to cancel?
Not yet — right now the only purchase is the one-time $29 report, so there's nothing recurring to cancel. If we launch a subscription later, cancelling will be quick and won't require a phone call.
Do you take commissions on the software or professionals you suggest?
No. If that ever changes, our honesty page will say so before anything else does.
I'm outside the US. Do you cover me?
Right now we're US-only — all 50 states and DC. If you're outside the US, email admin@sukhlapath.com and we'll let you know if and when that changes.
What if I'm just... scared I can't do this?
That's the most normal thing on this page. It's also why we lead with real costs and honest odds instead of hype — fear shrinks when things get specific. Start with the free quiz; it commits you to nothing except knowing more than you do now.
